Manhattan’s rental apartment where Michelle Trachtenberg lived at the time of her death has already found a new tenant, the post has learned.
The 39-year-old actress celebrated for her performances in “Harriet the Spiu” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, living in a two-bedroom flat, with two baths in 1 Columbus Place near Columbus Circle for just five months before the unexpected passed.
Less than a month after her body was discovered on February 26, the property returned to the market – ranking March 20 for $ 7,700 a month. She found a new tenant within 24 hours, securing a monthly rent of $ 7,670, according to Streeeteasy Records.
Trachtenberg scored a lease for the 7,500 -month apartment, which oversees the Hudson River in September 2024.
Months later, however, the tragedy struck.
Trachtenberg’s mother discovered her without reaction to the unit, and the emergency responders announced the deceased at the scene.
The list of details for the very modest settlement, which occupies approximately 1,000 square meters, include a narrow gallery kitchen with quartz countertops leading to a combined living and eating area. The house also has a washer/dryer unit. The bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the main room. The main bedroom contains its own Ensuite bath.
A site of Columbus, as the building is named, is a 51-storey complex that underwent a large adjustment in 2018. The property includes two towers offering a mixture of appearances, from studios to three bedrooms, many featuring excess corner windows with comprehensive Central Park, Central Park, Hudson River Park.
Equipment for residents include a fifth floor sun deck, a lounge, a children’s lounge, a pool and a 6,000 -square -foot gym.
Representatives for the building did not answer questions from the post.
The highlights of Trachtenberg’s career included a broken role in the 1996 movie “Harriet The Spiu”, followed by Stints on “Gossip Girl” and a major part of “Ice Princess”.
At the beginning of last year, she went to social media to distribute rumors about her health, lit by online fraud for her visible detail and a yellow complexion that some performed as jaundice.
“I’m happy and healthy,” she said at the time. However, she had undergone a delivery transplant in the months that led to her death.
The day after she passed away, New York’s office for New York’s medical examiner announced that both the cause and circumstances of her death remained inconsistent.
The Trachtenberg Orthodox Jewish family opposed an autopsy on religious basis, and without any evidence suggesting the wrong game, the medical examiner respected their wishes, leaving the matter outstanding.
