Manhattan’s rental apartment where Michelle Trachtenberg lived at the time of her death has already found a new tenant, the post has learned.

The 39-year-old actress celebrated for her performances in “Harriet the Spiu” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, living in a two-bedroom flat, with two baths in 1 Columbus Place near Columbus Circle for just five months before the unexpected passed.

Less than a month after her body was discovered on February 26, the property returned to the market – ranking March 20 for $ 7,700 a month. She found a new tenant within 24 hours, securing a monthly rent of $ 7,670, according to Streeeteasy Records.

The day after she passed away, New York’s office for New York’s medical examiner announced that both the cause and circumstances of her death remained inconsistent.

The Trachtenberg Orthodox Jewish family opposed an autopsy on religious basis, and without any evidence suggesting the wrong game, the medical examiner respected their wishes, leaving the matter outstanding.
