Pornhub is pulling back the covers on America’s X-rated viewing habits by sharing a state-by-state breakdown of the country’s kinks.
The adult entertainment website broke down the dirty data on its 2024 Year in Review page, revealing each state’s highest relative search — that is, the term used most often compared to other states.
In New York, “Turkish” proved to be the most popular term, indicating that randy residents were looking for X-rated videos produced in that country.
Pornhub stated that the Empire State has the largest number of Turkish residents in the US, which means many residents may be thirsty and hungry when looking for explicit content.
Meanwhile, in neighboring New Jersey, another nation appeared of special interest.
“Iranian” was the most popular relative search term there, while “Cubana” was the most common in Florida.
In other states, there were some eyebrow-raising results, with “naked women” most popular in Pennsylvania and “chubby MILF” coming out on top in Tennessee.
In the West, things got a little rougher with “lesbian strapon” the most popular relative search term in North Dakota.
“Footjob” was number one among queer Coloradans, while “furry” was a fetish for those in Oregon.
Elsewhere, “queef” — defined as “an audible release of air from the vagina, usually during or after sex” — was the top relative term in Connecticut, proving that voluptuous locals love porn for its audio as much. as for the visuals.
In addition to a specific look at America’s horny habits, Pornhub also explored what was trending around the world by ranking each country’s most popular categories.
“Ebony” was the most-watched category in the US, while “lesbian” topped Canada and Australia.
Pornhub also shared a slew of other insights with The Post earlier this month, revealing that searches for “humble” and “tradwife” exploded in popularity in 2024.
Meanwhile, searches for “modest” have increased by 77%, while the term “modest milf” has increased by 45%.
Dr. Laurie Betito, who serves as director of Pornhub’s Sexual Wellness Center, said of the trend: “It seems like people may be anxious about a simpler time — looking for things that are less complicated and maybe looking for most meaningful experience”.
